How can you produce professional videos without filming or recording a voice-over? Interactive Studio took on this challenge for Dr. Picovski, a qualified plastic and aesthetic surgeon, by producing eight educational videos in 4K for his YouTube channel using Artificial Intelligence and Motion Design.

Dr. Picovski wanted to expand his video communication strategy without appearing on camera or recording voice-overs.

To meet this requirement, we created his digital AI avatar and replicated his voice using artificial intelligence.

This solution allows the surgeon to present his content on screen through a realistic digital representation and a synthetic voice that reproduces his own, without the constraints of traditional video production.

We produced a series of eight educational videos covering some of the most frequently searched plastic and aesthetic surgery procedures:

• Breast reduction surgery
• Breast augmentation with implants
• Breast ptosis (sagging breasts)
• Facelift surgery
• Liposuction
• Tuberous breast correction
• Gynecomastia surgery
• Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck)

Each script was personally reviewed and revised by Dr. Picovski to ensure medical accuracy and consistency with his professional approach.

To enhance the surgeon’s explanations, Interactive Studio incorporated Motion Design animations to bring medical diagrams to life and illustrate the different surgical procedures.

These animations make anatomical information and surgical techniques easier to understand while adding visual dynamism to the storytelling.

All eight videos were produced in 4K resolution, ensuring high image quality, excellent readability of medical diagrams, and professional audiovisual results.

Beyond video production, we integrated a dedicated video SEO strategy into the project. The eight topics were selected to address common online searches related to plastic and aesthetic surgery.

This strategy aims to improve content visibility on YouTube and Google through carefully targeted topics and educational videos aligned with user search intent. The approach prioritizes medical education over commercial promotion, while respecting the professional and ethical regulations governing medical communication.
